George, and his team go above and beyond both before and after the sale! Nate took the time leading up to my wife, and I purchasing two new scooters this year to fully explain the different models / sizes of scooters so we were able to make an informed decision that fit our needs. We encountered a concern after one of our purchases, and right away George and Craig took action to ensure that our concern was quickly and professionally addressed to our full satisfaction. This is all too often not the case today, but at All Wheels satisfying the customer is clearly their first priority! And, once again the team at All Wheels showed me that they value us as customers! I had the unfortunate luck of picking up a nail in my tire over the weekend, and just as they did previously George and Craig jumped into action to get me back on the road quickly! Rented bikes for the family the day before we wanted to ride on the boardwalk and around Gordon's pond because they do not open until 10am. At 920am the next day after about 50 min of riding I developed a flat tire. I called the shop just in case someone would answer but when they didn't I had no other option than to pay for a repair at a competitor that was open after walking the bike a mile. We got back on our way and about 2.5 miles into our ride at Gorgon's pond my nephew developed a flat. When I called to see what our options were and shared that it was the second flat of the day the employee said "that is why we push the E-bikes which have a different tire" which no one did and even if they did they do not rent E-bikes overnight so if you want to ride before 10am it is not an option. I thought we were lucky to have had the 2nd flat at a parking lot at Herring point. The employee said we do not have a pick up service but did offer to drop off another bike at the entrance to the park over 2.5 miles away. I understand that flats happen but I was shocked by the lack of empathy I was shown, not one sorry that this happened, as the two flats ruined our bike ride and required alot of walking. When we returned the bikes I asked if I could be reimbursed for the fix that was performed before they were open. The response from the employee was " I didn't get the flat". I will never rent from them again.

Not friendly. After leaving the store we realized one of the bikes we rented had a bent rim. We came back the next day to swap out the bike and one of the employees said, “it didn’t leave the shop that way”. WRONG THING TO SAY. We did not bend the rim and did not appreciate such grumpy service. We will rent from one of the other local bike shops in the future.

Went in to buy a U lock. Employee told me they only sell coil [cable] locks because they are "easier on the bikes". I replied "a bike thief can cut those cable locks with a single snip of a $20 bolt cutter from home depot". He replied, "well I can pick a U lock with a Bic pen." U-lock makers all moved away from cylindrical lock barrels 15 years ago. I think there's something concerning about bike shops that only sell easily-cut locks with their bikes.
