I highly recommend this bike shop. I found an unusual bike on their website. The website is top quality, easy to navigate. I called the company and Cale gave me a history of the bike and explained the shipping and payment methods. I purchased the bike on a Monday and was riding, in Ohio, on Friday. The bike is everything I expected . Thank you!

I have to share an amazing experience I had wih Cale at the South Tampa Bicycle Company. I was shopping on line for a bike when I came across an amazing deal at his shop. I contacted him and we started discussing the bike. After I few calls, I pulled the trigger. I was nervous. It was a good amount of money for a bike I've never seen in person (I am in Boca) and a model I never test rode. All throughout Cale had othing but patience with me .... and I ask a lot of questions and my even think out loud on occasion. I was even annoying myself. But not Cale. He is knowlegeabe and just a really good guy, Everything he told me (bike condition, shipping particulars, etc) was true and I ended up with a great bike at a great price. I would recommend him and the shop to anyone. And, my Sirrus 6.0 is kinda nice, too. But not as nice as Cale.

South Tampa Bicycle Co has exceptional customer service. Cale and Anton are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they tune up my bike at a great price, they noticed my current bike was too small for me and directed me towards a more suitable bike. The new bike I bought was at a heavily discounted price, and they made all the modifications I needed for free....and gave me tons of tips for my upcoming first ever marathon. Thank you to both of you for going above and beyond -- I will always come to you guys with any of my bike needs!!!!

Highly recommend! Great selection of new and used bikes with down to earth customer service. They sold me a very nice used Trek Fuel 8 for a great price I couldn't be happier. If your in the market for a bike check them out first.

Çok güzel! They got my Giant in tip top shape after not being used for months They fixed it quick and easy, for a very fair price compared to some others I called. Very unique and amazing bikes for sale inside the shop as well . Overall happy how my bike is riding . Super smooth
