Purchased a Sirrus 2.0 and am so happy with it! Eric was very patient and helpful while I was deciding what type of bike I wanted to purchase living in downtown San Diego. Great customer service all around and highly recommend working with Eric.

Today I had the worst experience in this store, I left my bike frame there yesterday to have the arm removed, because I didn’t have the correct socket to do it, and today when I came to get it, they changed me $50 for just get a nut loose, that’s ridiculous $50 for getting a nut loose lol. The worst store not recommend it.

The shop was great. Everyone was friendly, dogs included. They had a great selection. Being from TN, I don't have the opportunity to be hands-on with high-end bikes and components. I've been on the fence about buying a high-end bike for years. After being able to get hands-on with the equipment and talking to the employees it was pretty easy to take the plunge.
