Overpriced. Bought 2 e-bikes trusting this establishment, only to find out they were cheaper elsewhere. Also, the bike that we bought for me was too big. We believe they just wanted to get rid of it. We contacted the manufacturer of the ebike and they are going to switch out the frame so I'm more comfortable. Today 12/3, we received the new smaller frame from the manufacturer Free of charge. The customer representative agreed the bike sold to us was definately the wrong size frame for my height. Glad customer satisfaction is just not 2 words they like to use. My husband contacted Sunset Cyclery to have his $4,000+ bike serviced and they refused to service it because of my review. Isn't that a good way to get a customer back. I guess the truth hurts.

Great shop. Has been in the area a while and long history there. Jacob knows everything mountain bikes and I appreciate the more staff’s professionalism and help with my fleet of bikes!

Daughter’s 11th birthday gift from Grandma was a new Bike. A friend recommended we go to Sunset Cyclery. Great move. This is a great bike shop. They were extremely helpful. We ended up ordering a bike due to her being so picky, but they were extremely helpful and got a bike ordered. I highly recommend coming in here if you need a bike or need work done on your bike.

Just going through a midlife crisis and decided to buy a 20 inch BMX bike. Haven’t been around these bikes in 30 years. I decided I wanted to put a more comfortable seat on it and couldn’t figure out how to connect the seat mount to the railed seat so I took it to Sunset and Adam, who is unbelievable, was able to put it together in a matter of a couple of minutes. The expertise and skill of this shop is second to none. Thank you Adam for getting me comfortable on my BMX bike. Customer for life!!!

This shop is great. I’ve always felt like they are fair and helpful with repairs, even talking me out of stuff I thought I needed but didn’t yet. Good to know they are doing what’s right not just making money.
