Tom is an absolute legend. I took my brothers Rad Runner in to get some brake work done and was completely expecting to pick it back up after 3-4days. To my surprise I got a call to come pick it up 2 hours later. This bike shop is awesome and has extremely reasonable prices on parts and services.

Scott and his team at the bike center went above and beyond whenever I had issues with my Giant Fathom. Thankfully, the issue was covered under warranty, and they got it all sorted and ready for me to use again! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase, or even service their bike!

I wasn't expecting the variety of accessories they have in store for bike parts. I was impressed. I didn't use their bike services, but prices looked quite decent. Also really convenient location for the county.

Happy to find a bike shop to service my Aventon Ebike. They coordinated with Aventon to resolve an issue with the battery cutting in and out while riding. The cost of resolution was very reasonable. I highly recommend servicing your Ebike at the Bike Center.

Wonderful customer service, priced well and negotiable, kid friendly, easy going and the salesmen were not pushy with products. We got our girl a new bike, basket and bell and her little brother a helmet. Everyone left happy!
