Superhuman knocked this super cool e-bike out of the park! Purchased it from a local bike shop that honored the sale price that was advertised online at the time of purchase. Very smooth ride, impressive handling, handles well on light gravel trails even though it doesn’t have suspension. I got the pedal assist model so it doesn’t have a throttle but it’s perfectly fine without that feature. Easy folding and stores in small spaces and fits nicely in my Subaru Solterra SUV. Very nice components for the price. Very manageable weight for maneuvering around when folded, even has small wheels for moving around and magnets to keep it held together while moving around. I highly recommend this super e-bike!

Fantastic experience with Jeff from superhuman! My neighbor and I were interested in the superhuman bikes and Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us along the entire experience! We ultimately ended up purchasing two bikes! Thanks Jeff and Superhuman bikes, can't wait to ride!

I got their first ebike from indiegogo. Blew away the one I built. Sadly, that on got stolen 😭... But the bike was good enough for me to buy the Weapon X (thru indiegogo). As with most projects it was delayed, but worth the wait. And the updates from Rob were much appreciated along with them taking our feesback and making it happen. Weapon X: The suspension takes a bit of time to get dialed in, but it's butter smooth once you get the sag and rebound setup (more settings than most forks I've dealt with). The frame itself is nice and stiff and responsive where it needs to be. The motor is a beast. The power is amazing and I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it's deleived. For comparison it feels like level 2 to 3 is where a Specialized Levo (full power) is and the 3 around where the Bosch motors are at. The runout (after stopping pedalling) is nice. Noise wise it's a little louder than a Bosch motor. But not that noticeable on a trail. The only upgrades I would recommed would be tubeless tires. I'm running Versus 29x2.4" downhill casing on tha stock rims. Conversion was easy. And a ride wrap. It's a gorgeous paint job, I woild love to keep it gorgeous. It would great if there was an easy way to adjust settings in the motor. It's great, but tuning it to my ride preferences would look different than someone else's. And just a little tuneability would go a long way.

I ordered their foldable bike, the Shapeshifter, and I must say it's excellent value for the price. It’s compact and fits easily on my commute train, while also being quite comfortable to ride. Although the order processing was a bit chaotic due to the winter holidays, their customer service went above and beyond to make up for the delay by offering me a thoughtful compensation. Overall, a great experience! [Update] After one month, I still really appreciate the folding design of the bike. However, three spokes broke without any external cause, and since they are not a standard size, finding replacements in the Bay Area has been impossible. Superhuman Bikes’ after-sales service took 10 days to send replacements, but they were the wrong size. So far, no solution has been provided, and communication has been frustratingly slow—responses take anywhere from one to four days, usually closer to four, and they are completely unreachable by phone. It's a shame because the bike is great—when it's not broken.
