Huge shout out to Robinson and Jesse! I'm not a bike person and got in over my head with a tangled chain on a used Specialized road bike I just bought for my daughter. They got it fixed and identified and fixed an issue with the spacer as well. They were super friendly and they are knowledgeable about bikes and about the local trail systems. Their main focus is mountain bikes but they say they do a lot of road bike work at this PB location, which is newer. They have an east county location as well. I hadn't been aware of Chainline Bikes before today, but from now it will be my go-to bike shop.

Robinson is the best! Every time he touches my bike (Trek slash) it feels like new. Highly recommended this shop. I recently met the owner Jason- he seems cool too. This is my only bike shop for as long as I live in SoCal 🙌

I lucked into Chainline today when I was out on a ride and got a flat. Jesse was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get me back on the road even though I turned up right at closing time. Thanks Chainline!
