I do not recommend this shop. I used their services a couple of times in the past 2 months, and I’ve noticed that the lady is so passive aggressive, when questioned. Outside of her scope she can’t even be low key nice, honestly she sounds annoyed when we ask questions, and keeps repeating herself. Besides my tires I also asked her about the brakes, how much it would be, she replied without checking them that the replacement would cost so and so. Took my business elsewhere, and the treatment was so much better. Replaced my tires and about the brakes he said that they needed to be adjusted, not replaced. Anyways, maybe she didn’t know, but it wouldn’t hurt to ask someone in the store to check that. Honestly even if you call this same shop, but on the Taylorsville location, you’ll feel that they are better as well.

Great bike shop. did some upgrades a few years ago to an old bike. and they did awesome.

Update: they no longer service Super Z73 to replace the tire tube. Overall great staff with many options for your biking needs.

Excellent customer service. I was a little wary about coming here after reading some other reviews, but decided to give it a go since I have a Giant bike (the brand they rep). They were helpful in getting me checked in and taking a look. In the end, Brandon just made a small tweak and my bike was good to go. He walked me through everything he did, and didn’t even charge me for the adjustment!

fixed dirty back bearings (wheel wouldn’t spin freely) quickly and very well and for cheap! Thanks!
