GREAT customer service! Went in needing a couple parts for my kid’s bike. They had everything needed on hand, made the fixes in minutes and for far less than I expected to pay. They’ll definitely have my family’s business in the future.

The Mechanics at The Bike Shop are super knowledgable, friendly and so helpful! I got the comp tune-up - wow it was like new bike day...my bike looks brand spanking new! A few things that impressed me (1) Great customer service! The Team at The Bike Shop turned around my tune-up in less than 2 days (a week out from Lavaman). They were well staffed and helped customers quickly while ensuring to spend meaningful time with each customer and meet their needs. The Manager was super kind and experinced. He asked me questions to make sure my fit was just right. (2) Above average section of vegan nutrition. (3) High Quality bike accessory and gear. (4) Fair pricing. MAHALO to those who previously wrote positive reviews about them and their service! The Bike Shop is a great find!

The customer service here is unparalleled. Jason took my call to the store and came to my car in the parking lot to get my credit card because my boys fell asleep on the way and I didn't want to leave them alone or disrupt their much-needed nap. He brought the items I came to buy out to me with my receipt and credit card. I come to this bike shop because it's local and the people are great. Never had a bad experience.
