Matthew is beyond amazing! I first went to him to figure out if I even wanted a Rad Power Bike, as his shop was the closest one to me. When I visited, he was incredibly honest and upfront about everything he knew. He also let my girlfriend and me test ride one of the bikes, and from that moment, I knew I wanted one. I ended up getting a Radster Commuter bike, and Matthew assembled it for me. There was a fee, but it was totally worth it because he did it professionally and was very respectful of my time. I truly felt like he cared about my purchase. Matthew is not only respectful, but he also gives you the honest truth, which is exactly what I was looking for. A HUGE thank you to this shop!

Top notch customer service. Matthew has great knowledge and experience as a bicycle mechanic and avid cyclist from old school to present day. He is friendly, detailed, and has a good sense of humor.

Easily the best repair shop I've been to over the years. Very friendly, full of advice, reasonable prices, and extremely detail-oriented. Matthew does an incredible job on my Radwagon, each ride home feeling like it was literally just assembled new. I also love the incredible notes he takes during assessment and post-repair.

Very personable and insightful for both bikes and how they're used. I've used Upcycles to upgrade and maintain my e-bike. The shop dog is gentle and charming as well. I have recommended Upcycles to several of my friends and neighbors!

Went to Upcycles to test drive an e-bike since I'm in the market and had never ridden one before. Matthew was extremely friendly both over email and in person and I could really tell that he's both vastly knowledgeable and passionate about all things bikes. He took the time to answer all my questions, and gave me his honest, unabashed opinions about different products. Finding Upcycles was really a pleasant surprise, and if I jump on the e-bike bandwagon, I'd be honored to continue being a customer of this business. Most importantly, the shop's Customer Service Department is ran by the cutest dog named Pizza Party, who provided 5-Star service! Thanks again, fellow Matthew!
