The Hub saved me when I had a flat tire on the Queensboro Bridge. Like a 15 minute walk from the top of the bridge. It’s a little hard to find, tucked in an industrial building with no sign. Very nice quick service. Saved the day.

Typically they work with rentals for last-mile delivery etc. For an individual customer like me, that's great news because that means I get professional quality service and knowledge every time! Especially from Enrique, the mechanic - the friendliest, nicest, most knowledgeable, hard-working, and careful mechanic for your e-bike. He's given me great service every time I go, and he's very responsive via text. Highly recommend them!
