I’ve been to this shop a couple of times now. First was for a tune up and the second time was today when I needed help getting a stuck and stripped screw out of a carbon fiber fork. Carlos was transparent about not being sure if he could get it out and didn’t want to risk damaging the fork but said he’ll try and let me know. Three hours later and I got a call saying that he was able to. I loved the honesty and of course love that the jammed bolt is now free!

Took my bike in for a tuneup on 5/12/19 and they did a fantastic job. Brakes are nice and tight and no longer rub, gears are shifting precisely now, and my chain was cleaned and lubed. The bike is riding smooth as ever now. Will definitely be going back here.

Best bicycle shop in queens !! My brother Carlitos the best !! fixing all types of bikes !! Definitely recommended!! They will do a nice job on everything .. any type of issue .. they also got some high quality equipment and bicycles!!! Very friendly and serious about what you requesting .. !!

Excellent service. I went in with a checklist of things I needed in a bike but didn't know which was right for me. I told them my price range and instead of jumping straight to the top of that they matched me with something that was a perfect fit for my needs. Chris was super helpful and made me feel really welcome there. I Love my new bike!
