I received friendly and fast service. I came in to have the rear wheel of my new fixed gear bike tightened, as I had rushed the assembly and incorrectly installed the drop bars. During the process, the technician went above and beyond by not only fixing the rear wheel but also adjusting the drop bars for me alongside fixing the minor mistakes I had made . The service was also very affordable!

The prices at this place are crazy. I went in for an inner tube replacement and decided to go with a break replacement since they were worn out. The technician told me it was $12 for the breaks and $15 for the replacement labor fee, and did not mention that they charge everything per tire (yes, that’s a $30 labor fee to screw in 4 bolts with an Allen wrench). At the end of the day it was just over $80 for an inner tube replacement and new breaks. I recommend traveling the extra 10 minutes and going to sunnyside e-bikes for fairly priced and honest repair work; I definitely won’t be back here.

I don’t know why all the reviews are 5 stars or 1. I went here after my pedal fully busted off and they ordered the part, fixed it, and gave me a nice tune up no problem. Nice to have my bike running smoothly again.

I bought an old school bike off of Facebook marketplace and brought it in for a tune up and new tires. Very helpful and reasonably priced. I’ve dropped by a few times since then and they’ve always been welcoming and friendly!

I bought a bike from this shop three years ago with the promise of 4 years of free unlimited tune-ups. This was a major selling point for me, and I expected the shop to honor their word. However, when I brought my bike in for a tune-up over the weekend, I was told by the staff that the store was under new ownership and they would not honor the previous commitment. They claimed they did not have the business records from that time, which I find hard to believe and highly unprofessional. I repeatedly called and chased after a manager for four days before I could finally speak to one. The manager eventually agreed to do the tune-up for free but said I would have to pay for any parts or labor, which I was fine with because I was always planning to pay for new tubes. However, when I went to pick up my bike, I was shocked to find an additional $40 charge for a new bike chain that I neither asked for nor approved. This is a clear example of deceptive business practices and a blatant disregard for customer consent. The new ownership has turned what used to be a trustworthy and reliable bike shop into a place that engages in shady practices. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to be cautious. Their failure to honor previous agreements and their attempt to add unauthorized charges to my bill have lost them a customer for life.
