Excellent selection and outstanding service! Jen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the right bike for me. She was very patient, listened to what I wanted in a bike, and totally nailed it by recommending the Marlin + 6! Garrett was extremely kind and helpful while assisting me with my bike rack install. Tim offered suggestion on places I can travel to and enhance my joy for biking and being in the outdoors. I highly recommend the Trek Store in Cranberry! Even though I live an hour away, this will be my go to store!

I told them to fix my chain and put the old one back on. It gave them everything. They need the whole chain all the master links even extra pieces of the chain. I was told it was $18! I go back a day later to go pick it up. Not only did they do what I asked them to however, they just felt the need to put a new chain on my bike. Put new brakes on it, not to mention, they didn’t even bother Tightening the brake pad when I was riding it just fell off. Tell me my bike, needs a lot of work when I regularly maintain it. And then I leave with a bill of $39.50. I just washed and waxed my bike the day before I took it there and I get it back and their scratches and dents all over my paint. I will NOT be bringing my bike back here EVER AGAIN!!!

This was my first experience making any bike purchase and the whole experience was something that taught me so many things which i had never thought of. The team at Cranberry store and specially MIKE was awesome to work with. Mike was instrumental enough to make us find the right bike for our son. He was kind and answered all of our queries with patience. I am not going anywhere for my next bike purchase. Trek @ Cranberry the store where i will stop by again in future!
