We have been going to Trek Bicycle in La Mesa for 4 years Very professional and knowledgeable. Their customer service is great very friendly. We have had repairs done and very pleased with turn around time and prices. They helped us restore an old child’s bike to look like new. Highly recommend going here for your bike needs.

Amazing staff. My 11 year old Smooth Collie's dog stairs that she uses to get into her SUV needed the handle covers replaced.. Leon was kind enough to wrap the handles with bike handle bar tape. Thank you for saving the day, the dog stairs and being so nice. I would definitely recommend this bike shop. 5 + Stars.

In the past I've had good experience at this trek location. This recent experience sadly was a bad one. Took my bike in Saturday, and they said it would be done Sunday. Sunday comes, and they have an issue with another bike they're working on, which is understandable. They say it'll be ready Tuesday, today, and they'll comp the brake pads I was replacing. Well, today they told me dad, who was helping me get my bike, that they needed to replace the other set of brake pads, so I was essentially paying the quoted price they told me Saturday. While I have had great experiences with this location, and the staff are always helpful, this recent experience definitely sours it a bit. Doesn't help that the tech saw the replaced pads from my front tire and said they didn't look like they needed to be replaced.
