Fast and easy online reservation process and the staff were extremely friendly. The moment I arrived they adjusted the bike to my requirements and was out the door in no time. Will definitely rent from them again! Thanks!

This store is great and super helpful. The talented bike mechanics are generous with their time and even look at bikes that aren't made by Trek. I bought my last bike there a few months ago and couldn't be happier. They also have some great e-mountain bikes for rent that are a blast to try out.

The employees here are extremely helpful and clearly passionate about cycling. I purchased my Townie from trek. It is the best construction, I have been tough on that bike and was able to order replacement parts and back on the road. Love the way the gears give a lift up hills and on distance. I have not run out of power. although the bike peddles great even without power. Thanks TREk Carol

Took my bike in for a rear flat tire. On my e-bike. Jerry from the service department greeted me helped me to get my bike inside put it up on the rack explained the process and the cost. I was supplying my own tube as my bike has odd size tires. And Jerry spent as much time as was needed to make sure that the job was done correctly. Even though there was a line of people waiting behind me with similar problems. He said we treat every customer as though there are best customer and that's why people come back. He is a credit to your company and to customer service and while he was doing this he was wearing Christmas decorations to maintain a festive spirit even while all of the holiday stress was going on. I will be back to see Jerry when I need service done on my bike. Trek he is a great employee and deserving of a pay increase and recognition.
