They offer superb service and quality products. The staff are professional and really passionate about bicycles. They don't just sell. They will converse and be with their customers to know what they really need. I have noticed too a good teamwork in the workplace. Lastly, I really love how they would immediately responded to a concern of mine. Thank you to you guys! This is highly recommended!

I went to the Trek Store in Shadyside to purchase a new bike. I was greeted by Dio. I explained the type of riding I like to do. He spent a lot of time with me. Dio answered all my questions. He was friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I felt very comfortable during my visit. I ended up buying a new bike and have been very happy with it. I would highly recommend the Shadyside Trek store and especially the manager, Dio.

Updating my review after I paid Trek Shadyside to package my bike for shipment by bikefights and they totally botched the work. If I wanted to roll the dice with an amateur packing job, I would have done it myself. Seriously disappointed. Previous review around covid: I just wanted to drop this positive review to thank all the technicians, store workers, and store owner/manager for their work for the past couple months. They are absolutely swamped with purchases, repairs, and builds. You guys are doing great, keep up the good work, and make sure to find time for self care to alleviate the stress! I know its crazy now, but your work, help, and insight is truly valued! Thank you.

This is a wonderful bike shop. They were able to fix problems on two bikes recently - one simple and one complex - and I was happy with the entire process both times. The staff was able to diagnose the problem immediately, communicate clearly about timeline, and make the repair with an eye on affordability but an even keener eye on quality. I appreciate very much the time the mechanic took to get things right.

A really outstanding repair / customer service experience in every way. Even though the bike that I brought in was a different brand and not one that I had purchased there, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. In particular, Connor went out of his way to fully understand my situation and provide recommendations and solutions that were best for me. I highly recommend this shop!
