Kindred is a real local bike store with real bicycle people working there. No corporate wanna be’s. They very quickly helped me put my son’s MTB back in order so we could ride together the week end I came up to visit him at college. I really appreciated the extra effort to repair his bike quickly. The bicycle business needs more shops like Kindred.

Just by chance, ended up in this shop on Wednesday morning, where I got to talk for a while with Aaron, one of the owners. Was REALLY impressed by both the broad range of very high quality acoustic & ebikes and also Aaron's knowledge about bikes, as well as his obvious deep commitment to serving Pittsburgh's cycling community. Highly recommend this local bike shop!

Outstanding service!! I lost my keys to my E-MTB. We preordered the cylinder, I dropped it off expecting to pick it up in a week. They called the same day I dropped it off “it’s Done” The repair cost a lot less than I expected so I’m going shopping when I pick up. My new bike shop. Thank you!!!!
