I cannot overstate how wonderful Kraynick's is. Kind, skilled, informative, fast, fairly priced, and effective. Rocky and his team are a pleasure to deal with and a wealth of knowledge. From a quick tune up or an emergent fix on my beater single speed city bike when I am out and about, to the full works and a spa day for my fancy vintage Italian road bicicletta: I truly feel I can trust the knowledge and workmanship at Kraynick's. Rocky is a total maestro, with excellent assistants. Rocky and Kraynick's embody what makes Pittsburgh wonderful: great neighbors and an asset to our community. Thanks for everything.

Got a flat tire for the first time & had no idea what to do, I brought my bike here and everyone was incredibly friendly & helpful! Highly recommend. They worked with me pretty much as soon as I got there, Daniel taught me how to change a tire & how to patch up the hole on my busted tube. He was great, and I’m super glad to be a bit more knowledgeable about my bike. Really cool shop.

I stopped by here with a question about the brakes on my e-scooter. I was expecting to have to schedule a time to drop it off, but Carl immediately came out and helped me on the spot. He made some adjustments for me and took the time to teach me how to do some things myself. It was awesome to see that places with this type of service still exist. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back for future needs.

I stopped in for a quick tune up. I thought I was going to need to drop off the bike overnight but Rocky started working on the bike right then and there. Within 30 minutes he tuned up my used Nishiki bike, which I'm getting ready for my son's birthday. Rocky did a great job and he was very personable. Highly recommend his services.

I highly recommend this bike shop. I hobbled in unannounced with my bike on a flat tire and was on my way in a matter of minutes for a very reasonable price. In terms of atmosphere, they are a wonderful community institution that clearly values assisting and educating their neighbors. For price, I haven't found anywhere more competitive. I've used them for general maintenance, and they are about half the price of a local competitor for the same service.
