My husband and I stopped by Trek Bicycle to see the shop and browse. Scott showed us a bike that fit my husband perfectly. He loves his new bike. We were very impressed with the shop and staff friendliness and expert e-bike advice. If you are interested in a new bike, this is the place to shop. Great buying experience!

Friendly staff with fast repairs : they’ve fixed my sons tire chain and brakes before so they’re very helpful if you’re not mechanical yourself. I’d highly recommend them , he’s back buzzin around and happy!

I finally have the time to write a review. This location was the very first location I went to when looking for a bike for the MS150. Stan Lee is the guy that helped me with the process. He is informative, patient, and will help you get the bike YOU want. He suggested a few good bikes but unfortunately I didn’t like the color they were. He looked online and nothing was available to be delivered on time, UNTIL! he went to the back of the store and pulled out the exact bike I needed and color I was looking for. That last attempt and willingness to help me find what I’m looking for is all what great customer service is!

Great service every time, no exceptions! The Woodlands shop team does a really great job with their customers. Everyone who walks in the shop, will be greeted with open arms no matter what bike you ride or your experience level.
