I usually handle my own bike repairs, but after getting hit by a car, my Haro mountain bike was in rough shape, way beyond what I could fix. A friend recommended this shop, and Ken worked his magic. He had my bike back to top condition in no time. Now I get why everyone says, 'Go see Ken.' I'm officially part of the cult!

Love this bike shop. I got to meet the famous Ken and he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. He’s very knowledgeable and enjoys helping his customers. I’m definitely coming back for all my bike gear. We have to support our local businesses! I have bought online and the service is not comparable. Thanks Ken!

As another reviewer stated, the other bike shop by Party City said my Cannondale's shock wasn't even worth repairing and that I should just buy a new bike from them. I took it to Ken and he had it repaired in half the time and price for what he originally thought it might take. I also went ahead and bought two new bikes for my wife and son for Christmas and the prices seemed very reasonable. Go See Ken

I came here on a Wed afternoon and there were 2 people working here and one other customer. The 2 employees didn’t smile or really greet me, nor showed any enthusiasm towards making the customer experience feel good. I was prepared to buy an expensive several thousand dollar bike and I swear I don’t think I saw either of the 2 gentlemen smile or seem like they were in a good mood once. Granted I know people have their bad days but both guys were like that. They literally didn’t seem interested in selling me or caring about me as the customer once and I was extremely friendly and respectful. It was my first time at the store but thah shouldn’t matter they could have earned a long time customer as I’m into biking and new to the area. I felt if they are like this during the sales part of the process who cares if they offer lifetime service they will probably discourage me for ever even bringing my bike in for service bc of their nonchalant attitude. I’m giving 2 stars rather than one bc they weren’t rude and answered my questions(albeit in a rushed manner). Regardless I found a bike I liked and decided to buy that same bike for a similar price from another local shop. Sad bc I really wanted to buy here bc it’s closer to me.
