Shout out to Blaine !!! Thanks so much for helping us out with the chain and chain ring while we were heading south on the Ohio to Erie Trail. Made the last 20 miles into Columbus along with the next 2 days to Cincinnati much better. Great support, friendly and knowledgeable. Any locals to Westerville or on the OTET should pay a visit to the team at Trek Westerville.

The team of associates at the Trek bicycle shop in Westerville were absolutely fantastic to work with. Zane, Body, Blane, and Sam were all outstanding throughout the entire experience. The first time that I stopped in was 10 minutes before they closed, they welcomed me in and gave me all of the information that I wanted that evening. I came back the following day and test rode a few bikes. Once I decided on which bike I wanted I was able to place the order and they quickly put it together for me when it arrived. Start to finish I couldn’t have been more satisfied! Thank you guys! Casey

My husband and I stopped in while riding OTET. I needed electrolyte powder and found some immediately. Patrick also directed me to another shelf with additional options. I love how the store has access from the trail side and a bike rack to use while shopping. I also noticed a water cooler right inside the back door beside a bathroom. Great option for traveling bikers. Thank you for thinking of everything!!!

Trek has an amazing product-line and customer service mindset; in-line with which, I had an amazing experience with this Trek store. They have extremely knowledgeable and keen-to-help staff both at the store front and at the back. Patrick is a praise-worthy store manager who went above and beyond with each of my requests, and spent hours figuring out the best options and deals for me. The store is a fair bit out of my way, but it is my new favourite local bicycle store.

You guys are great! Took great care is me and my bike after I had a serious accident cycling. You all made it easy to get back going. I can’t thank your team enough. Great customer service, quality products and excellent communication goes a long way with me and Trek Westerville has it all!!
