Purchased a DS3 from this location after much research online. The store held it for me for a few days while I was away for the weekend. When I came to the store to pick it up the Service Manager, Natalie was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions and the team helped me load my new bike into the car. Will recommend this location to friends looking to make their own purchases. Thanks for your help, God bless!

I just wanted to thank Natalie and the entire team at Trek. I have a 2017 fuel ex 8 and wanted to upgrade everything to make it like new. They were very knowledgeable on what parts I needed and changed out the crank and gear to all new sram parts. The bike came out absolutely amazing 🤩

Had an emergency flat with my ebike, thankfully they were right next to my work and although they were closing less then 10 minutes they really helped me out and stayed almost an hour after closing making sure I had a way to get home still Definitely come here for anything bike related! Amazing service, definitely getting a moped soon though 😂😂
