Chuck in the service/parts department was fantastic. He was able to remove my flywheel from my old ebike motor and put it on my new ebike motor. He even helped explain the process of reinstalling the tire and making sure everything lines up. I would highly recommend this place for any service issue you need. They also sell bikes and rent them.

My service started with a polite phone call in which I knew they would be happy to help. Even though there were bike shops closer I went. Beautiful neighborhood and shop! The personnel were even friendlier in person. They actually knew who I was when I called and helped me professionally and quickly. They know their service and product but most of all how to treat a customer! I won't go anywhere else!

Definitely recommend Duncan and his staff! They are freaking amazing, I purchased an Aventon from them and even though the bike meets my expectations and more, the staff is what makes you certain you made the right purchase. 5 stars aren't enough!!! Check them out for a new bike or to trick out your current one!

Don't waste your time if you need any real help. They'll leave you stranded because they're too busy. Likely they're just too uninterested. Especially if they know you don't have a lot of money.
