I purchased my bike from Biloxi Bike Works and have continued to shop there for any accessories and upgrades. Incredible owner and his staff are just as amazing. I’ve been able to order stuff they did not have available, and was quickly notified as soon as the product landed on their door step. I recommend them to everyone I can. This is honestly the best shop I’ve been to across the country. July 2024 edit I’ve been in and out of the shop, joined in on quite a few bike rides hosted, and have made quite a few upgrades to my bike! I am, and I’m sure Biloxi is, grateful to have this shop so involved with the community. It is hard to shop anywhere else. Every time I’ve been greeted by super friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable of every product on their shelf. Thank you for all you do!

Biloxi Bicycle Works and the employees are amazing! I bought a specialized roll 2.0 from them last year and I’m obsessed with that bike. It now has CC LEDs lights on the wheels (bought from and installed by Biloxi BW!). I just had them install another set of CC LEDs on my e-bike for the lighted bike ride on November 9. They were able to have them finished the day after I dropped my bike off. Speedy quick turnaround! Even with my dusty wheels (that we forgot to clean before we dropped it off sorry 🙏!) Bart is such a welcoming guy and really cares for his community. Biloxi is lucky to have him around and organically promote everything Biloxi has to offer. The Friday night bike rides are something me, my boyfriend, and our friends look forward to every week. It would be awesome if we can get a lighted bike ride going once a month!!! We will be there! My one suggestion would be to make a Facebook page/group for all the riders involved in the Biloxi BW rides. That way everyone can post/share pics and videos from the group rides. And communicate with all the riders. Maybe make new friends too! Currently, we don’t have that outlet to express all our Biloxi BW experiences in one shared place.

I just moved to the area about a month ago, and needed to have my bike serviced. Long story short, Bart and his shop have come through many times for me since and at reasonable prices with quick turnaround time. The social interaction and community involvement he does absolutely makes me feel welcome. Friday bike rides, and Wednesday road rides are always looked forward to. Even my kids participate. This shop is a huge asset to the community.

Great local bike shop with that small town charm and customer service. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and they are there to meet your needs and not their bottom line. And that's how you get repeat customers!
