So far so good, though the real test will be when the weather warms up and I can get the bike out on the road. I have every reason to believe the repairs and part replacements will meet or exceed expectations. I will reach back in a couple of months. Staff was very pleasant and professional.

Great selection of bikes as well as sizes. Had to drive an hour to this store for a specific bike in an xs frame. The store is in a great location with ample parking. If you're looking for a specific bike there's a good chance they will have it!

I brought in my 2008 LeMond, looking to get larger tires due to the rougher-than-normal ride. Collin, the bike mechanic, took the time to recommend a new wheel set since my old one was cracked. He spent time researching wheel sets online and ensured I had the correct one for my older bike with 25mm tires. V5 tuned up the bike, added a new part to the derailleur, cleaned up the shifters, installed the new wheel set and tires, and fixed my saddle. I can't say enough about how amazing this bike is now—smooth, fast, and more stable than the original setup. Thank you, Collin and V5, for an amazing job. It's better than when I originally purchased the bike.

Was here to pick up a bike for the wife. We settled for a trek dualsport. Staff was very friendly and was able to get it set up. Overall she was very happy with their bike and accessories offered. For those looking for bikes their selection while limited due to demand and shortage. They still had some good options.

I was having issues with a bike I just purchased from a third party and Nate couldn’t have made my time in the shop any better. He went above any beyond by not only fixing my issue, but also giving the bike a quick once over and educating me in the process. I’d highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back!
