After stopping here once to ask about my bike, I now always come to this place whenever I have issues with my bike and also recommend it to all e bike people. The owner, Bobby, is very passionate and honest. I have visited various e bike shops in orange county, and this place is clearly the cheapest and fastest e bike shop in the area. They never overcharge for parts, and I really appreciate their service and trustworthiness.

Thank you Galo, Bobby & staff for helping get my ZooZ UF1200 back up running again. They were able to completely swap out the rear brake lines along with some major electrical work for my e-bike. Overall I was very satisfied with the professional service & skill provided here by the store, I even left with a good deal on 2 small e-bikes! Definitely will be coming back whenever needed. Keep up the good work everyone.

The owner (Bobby) and his assistant went above and beyond for our family. My 15 year old needed an e-bike and they spent a ton of time explaining everything to us. After we bought the bike, we decided we needed something different and they not only refunded us in full, they offered us another great deal on an upgrade if we wanted. The owner went out of his way to accommodate us. I was so impressed by his attention and integrity, especially when we had a change of heart after the sale--he was true to his word about delivering quality and honored everything he said. You rarely meet an honest salesperson these days who puts his customers and his service above his own profit, especially in this business. If you are looking for a bike, I would go see him because he will be honest and guarantee the results.
