This is a great shop with knowledgeable staff.i have good luck dropping in for regular tools and parts, most of the time they have what I'm looking for. The service is pretty fast even with big issues with my bike. They always go above and beyond and treat their customers very well. Great shop! Highly recommend!

I asked them to do a general tune-up on a mountain bike and fix an issue where the chain comes off the crank under load. They said they fixed everything and the first test ride, the chain came off. I brought it back in, and they tried again. This time, I didn't make it 2 feet from the counter. A different person told me the parts were either worn or just cheap parts, and sold me a new freewheel. The problem still persisted and the individual proceeded to convince me my bike was just cheap, and it could get very expensive to fix, and I'd be better off buying a more modern bike with a 1x12 gearset. To make a long story short, I replaced the cranset myself for $40 and fixed my problem. Then the freewheel they sold started binding at around 16 miles and my rear hub became loose. So I torqued the rear hub and replaced the "brand new" free wheel for $20. I would avoid taking your bike there to get worked on. I had zero experience working on bicycles before this, Yet, I fixed what they couldn't in a couple hours and for half the price they charged me.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Westfield Cyclesports and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by their team. A special shoutout goes to the bearded bike mechanic who, despite his mild sarcasm, exhibited a level of expertise and professionalism that is hard to come by. His humorous approach made the experience not only efficient but also enjoyable. My bike has never been in better shape! Highly recommend Westfield Cyclesports for all your cycling needs.

Worked with Doug and had an amazing experience. Was taking in an old Peugeot bicycle for some basic service and issue with the rear wheel. Doug was very friendly, helpful, and honest. He was upfront about what the bike really needed for service and was able to diagnose my wheel issue within minutes. Unfortunately what I needed they couldn't get in stock, but Doug was able to give me great advice on what to look for! I will be shopping here again for any bicycle repairs.
