The world place to buy any bike. I bought a e-bike at there about 3month ago. I had a few issues since I bought it very next day. When I went back to the store and asking for fix or exchange( I told them that I will pay). But they were very rude and cursing me with spanish( because I am not a Hispanic but can understand Spanish). Also, I had a flat tire then they said that I have to change the wheel(which are cost 350.00 or more and I also have to wait a month for the parts from China but not guarantee to receive. So I have to wait a couple of months that they were saying to me and very rude and aggressively. So that, I went to the other bike shop which is 1block from that store. The other store's owner was very polite and gentle and fixed my bike next day and changed 70.00. I felt the e-bike shop is not the place to buy anything. They just want to sell the bike. After that they will be no after service or repair at the store. If they do some services and ask money then think about my case that they will cheat on you. Last thing to say, I found the other e-bike shop at Brooklyn and astoria which will be cheaper and more stylish then woodside e-bike( they are selling old versions than the other store and over charge).

Love this shop, love the guys who worked here. Had taken my e bike to be maintenenced even tho I didn't buy my bike from him. I've had problems with my bike since I got it. After a 45 minuet visit he had my bike working like new. I was surprised , for what took me weeks to find someone to fix it , he did it in 30 minuets flat. Great service, highly recommended

The so called "mechanic" yelled at me and got very defensive when I was asking him questions about the bike repair work I needed . "I'm the mechanic!not you!" I was hoping to buy a new electric motorbike also but after such rude service I just left and took my business to Astoria bike shop where they were much friendlier and I was much happier to give them my money instead.

It is a nice place. It was pretty empty because you gotta preorder nowadays, which is understandable. I wish I could of test ride the e-bicycles they had, but it is fine though, it is near the projects, so protection of their products is important. I reccomend the place if you are close by the area, from what I saw, the prices is affordable. Hopefully I can come back next week with cash lol.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. The owner wasn’t polite at all and he was very very rude never come back to this place ever again
