I recently stopped by Alpine Works Bicycle Shop looking for a reasonably priced mountain bike. The shop had a few solid options in the $500-700 price range, which was great to see. We've been brining our bikes to Alpine since they opened their shop in Keene. Their customer service and bike service are outstanding. They've serviced all of our bikes (mountain, gravel, and road). When i had problem with a warrantied bike, they even handled the communications with the manufacturer and original seller, going above and beyond what would be expected.

As someone with many years experience on 2 wheels in the dirt, but brand new to mountain biking, I had a lot of questions. The staff was super friendly and helpful and was able to relate things to my current knowledge. They had a HUGE selection of bikes, as well as some really nice gear. I will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service and highly skilled bike technical repair and maintenance service. Will, and the rest of the service team are some of the best around. It’s also a great place to buy or rent a bike!

Experienced and friendly staff. We came up for a vacation to NH when our bike carrier broke down in Massachusetts on interstate 91. Did a quick Google search and found Alpine. Called, and they were very knowledgeable about the needed repairs. Brought my newly purchased, road burned, e-bike in the next day. Within 30 hours I was back on the bike exploring the trails. My husband even traded his bike in for a new e-bike. Customer service was extraordinary. Highly recommend this company for all biking needs.
