Great local ski and bike shop. I destroyed a toe piece on my bindings and took it in to get it fixed. I expected to pay for at least a 1/2 set of bindings and probably for a full pair. Instead they replaced the toe piece and didn't charge me a cent. That's excellent customer service!

Had work done on my ebike last April. The repair shop failed to put a lock washer on my rear wheel, which caused over half a grand in damaged and broken components. The failure to apply the lock washer led to the motor spinning inside the axle dropouts causing the wires to tear and fray before short circuiting the entire system making the bike completely unusable. When the shop was informed that motor was no longer functioning I was informed that the connection was probably loose or that the wheel needed to be realigned even though the shredded wires on for the motor connection were plainly obvious. I brought the bike into the shop to show the damages, which the owner was hesitant to acknowledge. I ordered over half a grand in parts and replaced them myself and brought the bike back to have the rear wheel remounted. While the shop was remounting the wheel the owner tried to insist that the cassette and the shifter they had put on the day everything broke, was not compatible with the bike and insisted that it wasn't made for it. If that was the case then why did the shop put the upgrades on without any fuss beforehand? After this repair, and several others beforehand while trying to troubleshoot the lack of power after replacing the motor (which to their credit, I was not charged for), the bike was functioning correctly. Sometime after I returned to the store with all the damaged and ruined parts caused the failure to put a lock washer on, I spoke with the owner who became visibly upset to the point where I had to calm him down in order to continue the conversation. He became somewhat unprofessional and continued to try to sidestep responsibility for the damages to the bike. He offered pitiful compensation for the massive inconvenience his shop caused. I recommend taking your repairs elsewhere. I had used this shop for just about two years and had no issues, great service, and very helpful assistance. However the last repair was inexcusable.

Got my daughter her first new bike for her birthday. Excellent customer service!!!! No pressure ,very helpful friendly and informative. Explaining how important it was to get bike that fits her, not trying to adjust a bike that would “ work”! Great place to shop! Highly Recommend!

First time visiting (2/1/2025) and we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who was super helpful. I was just looking for some ski poles and was not expecting the level of service I received. Definitely worth a stop!

Norm's Ski & Bike Shop "professionally" packaged two vintage road frames and a set of wheels for shipment. They used a few pieces of foam, then tossed everything together in the same box. No cardboard to isolate the frames and wheels from each other. No zip-ties to bind everything together in a single, non-chafing unit. Most damagingly, no end caps for the axles, which dug into the paint of a 50-year-old, top-of-the-line Peugeot frame (see before/after photos). Not much thought. Not much concern. Just indifference.
