These guys are awesome. They put on a sick cyclocross race every year and are willing to do what it takes to make sure that your bike is dialed and you are happy.

I don't know why, but I'm always nervous going to get my bike fixed. Maybe I fear that some sort of stereotypical schoolyard bully is going to come out of the shadows and laugh at my inability to take care of my bike or something. That being said, I always feel silly for being nervous after going to West Hill Shop. They are always so helpful and take great care of my bike. I always feel welcomed and never feel judged for asking questions. I'm very grateful that we have such a good bike shop in Putney.

Great shop with great service. I just moved here and they put some bikes back together that I had shipped. They got them done in just a couple of days and they were perfect. They let me borrow a helmet because my gear hadn't arrived yet. Really nice people. I also bought some x country skis and they were super nice while helping me figure out what I needed. Very glad they're my new local bike shop.

Needed a part (specific tubeless tire) quickly and these guys had me rolling in no time. Nice, friendly, easy-going and just a great shop. If i am ever near you again, I'll be back. Thank you for the excellent LBS service. Order from here instead of the online spots - these guys are great.

These guys (and gals) are the real deal! Outstanding customer service and superb mechanics/sales associates. I live about 25 minutes south of the shop, but frequent the shop on a regular basis for my biking needs. They take the time to make sure the CUSTOMER is happy and leaves satisfied. I recently purchased my first road bike from them, and they have been nothing but helpful with fitting and tips on making my ride enjoyable. I highly recommend West Hill Shop. By far the best bike/ski shop in the area. They will have my business for life.
