I came here in a bike emergency and was immediately helped by a very friendly guy who was already busy with his Friday jobs, but still took the time to come outside and take a look at my bike. He quickly brought my bike in and was able to fill my tire with air, coming to my rescue! You guys are the best and so personable! I appreciate you!!

Excellent experience at this bike shop! Alex introduced us to a few great options in our price range in order to find the right e-bike. And Jerry helped us get acquainted with our Aventon when it came in. Great guys. They are friendly and they know their bikes!

My boyfriend and I brought his mountain bike here because the derailleur wasn't working well (Saturday of Memorial Day weekend) the bike mechanic that was there fixed it in 30 minutes and didn't even charge us anything! We will definitely be back to buy some accessories or for tune ups in the future. We are very happy with the experience.

The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. They took the time to help me find the right bike for me. They even helped me after I bought the bike and had questions. Would highly recommend Assabet River Bicycles and I will always go there for any bike needs or accessories.

I've been trying to do more maintenance on my own and have been learning a lot, but recently I got myself into a jam. I was trying to solve a rear shifting issue and had tried a few things that helped but was still a bit problematic on a couple cogs, so decided to swap the cassette. I had a brand new spare already, but come to find out the lock ring was completely stuck, possibly over-torqued by yours truly. I even snapped my chain whip trying to get the thing loose so I needed professional help. I brought my back wheel over, and the mechanic here worked on it right away (was a bit relieved that he was equally impressed at how stuck it was, just had better tools for the job). He also took the time to chat with me about the issue and gave some suggestions. Thanks for the help!
