I cannot speak more highly of ATA Cycle! Between their knowledgeable and friendly staff, incredible bikes and equipment, and top-notch customer service, ATA is the best. I recently purchased a new bike from the store and the entire experience from start to finish was handled so well. They were very patient and helpful explaining all the different options tailored to the specs I was looking for and provided great insights and recommendations. All the shipping and handling was smooth and they were extremely helpful with any questions I had upon arrival and assembly. This is the second bike I have purchased from the store because the bikes they build are fitted so well and they treat their customers with such care. I highly recommend stopping by the shop for a visit or inquiry! Thanks ATA for all your help.

These people are going to kill someone. Their parts are faulty and their repairs are incompetent. Since ATA is the only bike shop within walking distance I have, unfortunately, been here many times. I'm finally done for good. I'll walk the 2 hours to Lexington before I'll go here again. The first time I came here, the owner lectured me on and on and on about how "stupid" I am for having damage on my bike. When I asked him to take a look at it, he completely failed to miss the extremely visible damage (my rear brake was falling to pieces right in front of him, but he told me that the only issue was that my basket made it more difficult to brake.) The second time I went, the owner had ZERO concept of personal space. He insisted on "helping" me, but he was incredibly condescending the entire time. The latest time that I went, one of his employees sold me a new cable, which didn't even survive the installation process. Look at those photos and tell me you think that that is an acceptable condition for a BRAND NEW cable. I am glad it broke before ever seeing the road, because I can only imagine the accident that could have caused if I took it on the road.

After turning my 16-year-old aluminum bike into a smart spin-kit, I wanted to try a carbon fiber bike. I was interested in ATA Cycle because of their focus on proper fitting. I’m 60 now with an assortment of nagging issues and thought a fitting and choosing a bike from that data would be helpful. In the past, I just bought what I liked the looks of and could afford and that was that. Other shops I went to didn’t even mention fitting until I asked about it. Everything at ATA is high quality and my budget is on the lower end for a full carbon frame bike, but Husam managed to find me a really nice bike! And that wasn’t easy because I’m tall, a bit overweight and have an oddly proportioned body. My form when riding is different now. I’m still getting used to it, but it is nice that my left hand isn’t getting completely numb anymore. And the bike is awesome! Fast, nimble and looks great too! :-)

This review is for the Mass. Ave Cambridge location. The worst bicycle service department in the metro Boston Area. They charged me for a tune-up, but my chain was severely grinding. The "mechanic" was very arrogant. Would not admit that anything was wrong. Followed me outside like he wanted to fight me. The bike was hardly able to be ridden.
