Nice knowledgeable folks. I had the opportunity to watch them deal with other customers - Top Notch Customer Service! They did me a good turn too. Hands down, this is one of the best bicycle shops I've ever visited.

I never write reviews but felt called to after my sons experience. My 19 year old son called me to share his experience he had at this shop. He rode his bike there with his girlfriend to buy new handle bar grips. I am an Amazon ordering type person but he is not. He is only 19, works full time and finds it important to support local independent shops. He would rather spend more to be supportive. Well he walked in amd was looking at grips and the person working there asked if he was buying them for "that bike" outside. My son stated yes and the person said "I wouldn't" This made him feel bad about his bike. It's a very old model Specialized brand bike that was actually stolen by a homeless person and spray painted. My son went searching the homeless encampment and found it and paid the homeless dude $20 bucks to buy it back. That bike means a lot to him. I'm unsure if this person was trying to make him feel bad, but he did. Do better!

Both owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to have my electric bike repaired. The company that built the bike is no longer in business. So Tommy the owner was able to locate replacement parts. Tommy also inspected the bike and found a couple of looses parts that he tightened for me. Tommy would not let me ride off without making sure the bike was 100% safe. Thank you Tommy! You have a customer for life.

Love this shop. Stopped in just to check out the bikes and kill time. The owners are super friendly and are very passionate about bikes. It's obvious they know their stuff. Being a service guy myself I appreciated their work area. Tools very organized which is a sign a very good and professional technician. On another note, it is extremely refreshing to actually see the family that runs a business. Their baby is the cutest little thing and super smiley. To me this is what the north bay is about. Keeping local business to local families and knowing who you are giving your business to. It's Awesome!

The best family owned bike shop in town. Super knowledgeable and very helpful. Just picked up my first MTB and could not be more happy. Awesome.
