B3 is your local bike shop in the Freehold/Jackson/Lakewood/Howell area. One stop shopping for sales and repairs. B3 has a huge selection of bikes for everyone. For the serious road rider there is a selection of fast road bikes. Looking for a mountain bike? B3 has plenty of those. How about a relaxed ride on a comfortable cruiser? Many to choose from. B3 has bikes for all ages and a wide selection of bikes for young riders. What makes B3 unique is the selection of electric bikes and scooters. From short range runabouts to serious longer range E-bikes B3 has them all. B3 takes good care of you after the sale with a full range repair shop. Jarrad is the head wrench. We just had tune ups done to my and my wife’s bike. Even at the beginning of the spring rush the bike was done within a week and it feels smooth and looks clean. What especially appreciated was their efforts to reuse parts that were in good condition rather than just replace, saving me a few dollars without sacrificing quality. B3 is owned by a local avid cyclist so they know the territory and the people. They have seminars to help you learn how to take care of your bike. I recently purchased a couple of new bikes from B3 for my wife and I. The service has been great. Jake was very quick to respond to any e-mails I sent and Ian was an absolute joy to deal with as it relates to setting up/tuning the two bikes. As it relates to the store itself, it was great that they sell multiple brands, so that my wife and I were both able to get exactly the bikes we wanted. B3 isn't the closest bike shop to me, but worth the extra few miles of drive time in my opinion.

Had a great experience at B3. Purchased my first road bike and couldn’t be happier. Great selection and some great value for your money. Staff is awesome too. Jarrad was fantastic, attention to detail and fitting is super professional. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Purchased a bike from them online and it was a great experience. The bike arrived exactly as described, VERY WELL PACKED and padded, and promptly shipped. Quick email responses to all my questions and concerns and great customer service (before and after the sale) made this big purchase stress free for me, thank you!

While on a bike trip I discovered that the bottom bracket on my green Giant Propel Advanced Pro was loose and might be eligible for a warranty frame replacement. Even though there is a Giant dealer 1/4 mile from my home, I needed a dealer who would go the extra mile for me with Giant, and I decided to drive over 60 miles to B3 Bikes in Howell instead. I do not regret this decision for a minute. Mike, Jarrad, Geraldo and crew took my case to Giant, escalated it as necessary, and eventually got me a brand new frame, and at the same time they took care of a Shimano crank recall for me. They convinced Giant to include a stem and a discount on the new handlebars (both required for the new frame), and Ian did a stellar job of building the new bike and getting it ready for another bike trip. It was a lengthy process dealing with Giant, but they kept me in the loop every step of the way. A metric century each way is a long way to drive every time I need a visit to my LBS, but I reckon I'll do it! This is a great bike shop with a great crew - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and I would give them more stars if I could!
