The rear cassette on my GT mountian bike was loose. I brought it in, and the folks at BBW had it fixed on the spot within 5 minutes. This is a great little shop. Fast, friendly service with a smile. Will definitely be back!

Super nice staff that are knowledgeable and very helpful. I like that the location is on an actual bike trail. They don't treat you like your are stupid and are willing to explain just about anything. My guy offered me price options for the piece that I needed and helped me adjust my bike for a more comfortable ride.

The best bike shop in the city. I bike every day to and from work and would not go anywhere else. I’ve had them finish in 15 minutes what Trek has asked I’d leave my bike in their shop for a week to complete. Worker owned, knowledgeable, and tons of great parts brands and parts.

I’ve gone here a couple times and every time the staff prioritizes other patrons and I get very stand-off ish/suspicious vibe and it’s giving racist.. & pay attention to the itemized bill if you’re leaving your bike for service as I’ve had errors in the past. Very pricey and long waits. The other locations are better all around unfortunately this is the closest bike shop to my house.

I’ve taken our bikes here for maintenance for years. Have always received excellent service. Had a new wheels laced up for my gravel and Mtn bike and both are high quality and reasonably priced. Love this shop
