Had to bring my bike in for service (ironically, a brand Trek does not carry) with a shifting issue. My bicycle and I were treated with amazing service, competent mechanics, surprisingly fast turnaround and smiles from a crew who obviously enjoy working together and strive for customer success. This team knows their stuff. Bicycles are complicated, the choice to visit Trek Cary should not be.

I recently visited this Trek Bicycle Store to get my toddler's bike tuned, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience! Absolutely the best! Max, the mechanic, took care of my issue right away. He handled our visit wonderfully, converted paddle bike to balance bike, ensuring the bike was set up perfectly. The knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and terrific price point make this place outstanding. I’ll be happy to continue giving them my business. Highly recommend!

I had given up on good customer service and Trek Cary were my savior!! I was looking to buy an E mountain bike and had shopped online and every local store to me in Chapel Hill. Before going further, Trek in Chapel Hill were very good but just didn't have what I wanted. Every other store either didn't call me back when they said they would or even worse, made me feel like I needed to apologize for bothering them lol. I'm not difficult to deal with but needed an odd size bike as I'm 6ft 6ins. I called Trek Cary and Lea answered the phone. I told her what I was looking for and she was so excited to tell me that she had a bike in my size! She sent me pictures and a quote immediately and gave me all the information I asked for. I couldn't see it immediately and she wasn't going to be working on the day I was available unfortunately. That didn't matter though, she had told Steve at the store about me coming in and updated him with where we were at in the decision making process. I went it, test rode and bought the bike! Steve was awesome, knowledgeable, funny and friendly. The work order was written up and I went away really excited to pick it up in a few days. The bike had a small chip on it as it was a 30 day return. Not a big deal as the price was incredible, I couldn't come close to the price even online! It was also an odd color and Lea wasn't able to order a match from the store. She made the effort to go shopping and find me an incredible match in nail polish!! We hadn't even met in person and she's giving customer service like I'm her best friend! I'll tell you, I'm 50 but haven't been this excited to get a new bike since I was 12 and someone else paid for it. Delivery day arrived and I finally met Lea and some other team members. The bike was displayed on an illuminated red carpet and we of course took "proud new owner" pictures. I met Max who was the mechanic I believe and I felt like I was the only customer that mattered to them! I left feeling like part of their team. Customer service is still alive at Trek Cary. I actually called Trek Corporate to report back on my experience. Thank you guys!!!

5 Stars – Excellent Bike Shop! I recently bought a Trek bike from Joe at the shop and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect bike for my needs. He walked me through all the options, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my choice before purchasing. Customer service was tiptop; I had an issue with my cassette and chain being defective and it was handled promptly under warranty…..I was loaned a much better bike in the meantime, which was great I’m loving my new Trek bike! I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy a bike. Thanks Joe, Laurence, and Max
