Have been here a few times before. Have not bought a bike, but have gotten plenty of good information on lots of bikes, and accessories. Plenty of helpful, friendly and patient staff. This time we were biking along the Glacial Drumlin trail and needed an energy bar. Plenty of those to choose from too. Next time I need a new bike, would definitely come here.

We have received excellent and helpful service at Bicycle Dr. for the nearly 15 years we have been customers. The staff is always friendly and offers great advice to help us maximize enjoyment of our bikes and skis. Most recently, we purchased a wax bench, and Brett provided a ski wax demonstration that was personalized and instructive to give us confidence getting started. We can count on the fact that Kyle, Brett, Laurie,Jason and Maciej will be there to help. We highly recommend Bicycle Dr!

I was extremely happy with my experience. Needed an overhaul on an old bike that I am using as a trainer. The drive train was shot. I dropped it off on a Sunday, and asked how soon they could work on it as i use it every other day. It was finished the next day. New chain, rear sprocket, front chain ring and bottom bracket. Very reasonable price. In addition, I came across 4 different employees between drop off and pick up. Each one friendly and respectful. I will be back.

Highly recommend these guys! Had to ship an e-bike to Colorado and no other bike shop would take on the challenge. Never been to the shop before but I called Brett and he had my e-bike fully packed up, shipped, and delivered to me in Denver in under a week! All while being extremely communicative and helpful in a somewhat stressful moving process. This was no small feat either, the package came out to nearly 100 pounds and arrived to me just how I'd dropped it off. Don't write reviews often but can't say enough how blown away I was by the professionalism and patience Brett demonstrated the whole time! Thanks boys!

Friendly staff and so helpful with answering questions. We have bought quite a bit of ski equipment from them and have had them service our skis for several years. My husband and I are now learning how to wax our own skis and they offer a clinic to help teach people how to get started at home.
