I came in to get it tune up. He madr me buy the new wheels but he want me to pay lots just for it. He brought the bike out in front of my car like this and say nothing. I never experience anything like this before very upset.

Oh Lord . Terrible service . If i could give this a -0 star , The old man was racist looks at us like bad people. Were just try to hve it tune before summer came. Came in he made us to buy stuff and pay extra when its only need little air. We left our bike in front w parts fall apart.

horrible customer service. the old man was being rude the whole time. he just left the wheel and stuff fall apart because he trynna sell us stuff but we end up dont wanna pay extra.

I walked in with my tire that needed to be changed. I was troubleshooting at home and couldn't figure out why the tire wouldn't properly seat! Kim took the time to help me through it and was able to figure out the problem. Thank you Kim for helping me and getting me BACK on the trail with my dog!
