Great staff and very knowledgeable. They just tuned up my bike in a jiffy and did a great job. It's a happy place to visit.

Stopped in to look at e-bikes. I was welcomed by the front desk and asked me how they can help. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn’t have the one in stock I wanted. However, I received a call a couple of months later telling me the new version is in and invited me to visit. I will definitely be returning to buy my e-bike here.

Great service! Before buying my bike, Jordan and team were helpful on the phone, held my Trek SL 5 for me while I was able to get to the store a couple weeks later, and had everything ready and waiting. They were helpful and knowledgeable. Also, in the midst of COVID, they're one of the few businesses I've seen going above and beyond in looking out for the health and wellbeing of their employees and customers. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Always knowledgeable. Stocks all the bikes you could possibly want. Supporter of the local community. As a rider of over 20 years, they have the experience and inventory to get you what you want to ride or fix what you have. Highly recommend. Update: Based off of a recent experience I want to add that Phil is an excellent mechanic. Very professional. He has built three bikes for me and I am satisfied with the level of quality and detail he has provided. Joe also worked with me to order my new bike and has gone above and beyond to acquire parts for the bike to fit my riding position. Always a pleasure working with the staff at Wheel and Sprocket Delafield. -Dan (Team WI)
