I would like to thank the amazing staff at the Scottsdale Bicycle Ranch for their awesome customer service. Very professional and accommodating, Mason quickly sorted out a tire issue I was having and I was out riding again ASAP. Thanks again!!

My family and I have been in on three different occasions and every time has been a 5 star experience. Michael has helped us the last two times and he was excellent. They were great to my 7 year old son. Today we were out riding as a family and we got a flat tire from a thorn. We walked our bikes here since we were close and they took care of us right away. Even let us store the extra 2 bikes in their store so we could get something to eat while we waited. We will be back! This is our bike store for sure!!!

We have 5 bikes in our family and we are so happy to have found Bike Ranch earlier this year. They have helped us with tire repairs and other issues. Marcus the owner is so wonderful to deal with. He is so honorable and customer focused. Michael is a wonderful technician/representative who takes great care of us each and every visit. Nick the shop manager is awesome and they all take customer service to a new level. We highly recommend Bike Ranch to buy your next bicycle or repair the one you have! Thank you Marcus and team.
