We love our aventon bikes with power assist, although we haven't needed much assistance. Always get great help from the staff at Bicycle World. Just got them back from our initial check up. All is good

The Best in RGV!!!! Just picked up Sirrus X 4.0 Bike and again as always Tremendous Customer Service. A few weeks had 2 tires replaced on another bike and as always, Staff was engaging, informative, top notch.

The service was great. I had them check out my Gator Hardshell tire to tell me if I needed a new one. They explained to me that I just needed to replace the tube and serviced me for a very fair price. I’m going to be going back in next week for some more services. I’m very satisfied with them overall.

I'm New to the RGV and was looking to have my Raleigh worked on. Bike world was number 2 on the google search engine and liked the name of the shop. The gears seemed to be missed up and needing replaced. I also wanted to ad a wider Handel bar and to have to bike conditioned. As I was walking in a employee was showing up for work and opened the door for me so I wouldn't fumble myself coming in the store. I was greeted by Kelly and asked what I was wanting do for my bike. He showed me a price range of services and advised we work from the lowest price range and work from there. They did a great job on my bike and rides like it came from the factory floor. The gears didn't need to be replaced and all he had to do was make adjustments. I will do future business with them They also give a 10% military discounts.

Drop off bike for new tubes...$40. I was happy with price and svc. Head to Florida with bike, upon arrival bike had flats. Pump up and goes flat again less than 24hrs. They probably air up my flats and collected the $40.
