1st time visitor to this cycling store. I had quite a bit of work done on my mountain bike a couple of weeks ago. After a few rides, I still had some issues. Brought it back in today, and they made some adjustments with no charge. All good to go. Great job and great customer service!!

We had a very good experience at this bike store. Owner & staff very engaging and helpful. They had some bike parts we needed. And a yummy ice coffee to go. Definitely would buy a bike here.

I took my bike and stood at the front desk for 5 minutes and got no service. There were 4 people in the work area, and they just looked at me and continued with their conversations. I wanted to interject, but then I asked myself if thats how much attention they pay to a customer standing in front of them with his bike, what kind of attention will they give my bike. I turned around and left, nobody said a word to me. I hope this helps others along with the business.
