Great experience in my first local bike shop experience. They helped with switching out a handlebar, bleeding brakes and wrapping handlebars. The time spent in precision for fitting the handlebars and hood were very much appreciated.

Taylor's customer service is outstanding. He's knowledgeable, empathetic, and genuinely cares about fixing things the right way. While I haven't fully tested my drivetrain yet, I feel confident that it's working properly after Taylor's adjustments and the new cable installation. When I picked up my bike, another staff member informed me that as the cable wears in, it may need an adjustment—which they’ll provide free of charge. This level of dedication shows how much this bike shop values quality service and customer satisfaction

As a competitive rider and former bike mechanic, I usually work on my own bikes and hesitate to bring them into shops. Big Dave's is hands down the best experience I've ever had - the timeliness, skill, and attitude they had while inspecting and repairing my bike after a car collision was incredible. This is my go-to shop and I'd recommend it to everyone.

I love the bike I bought here and the staff is top notch the best I have come across in my recent bike search. Ask for Taylor when you arrive. He will guide you to the bike that fits your needs. I have the Trek Dark Aqua FX Sport 4 and I love it!

WOW! This place is quality and has really good staff. Very Professional and I was surprised at the really good service they offered. I recently visited other bike shops near me and got weird vibes there. Not this place!! They are knowledgeable and even assembled my bike with very reasonable timing! I had a small car and no tools so they even helped me load it in the car afterwords. Not to mention all the valuable tips they gave me for a new rider. I suggest calling first if you plan on getting your bike serviced to see what their schedule looks like. 5 stars! Highly recommend this place for your local bike shop!!!
