Had my bikes packed for shipping overseas. Multiple transfers to containers and trucks. Just unpacked them today and they were perfect. So much detail and effort. Little custom anti-chafe bits in just the right spots. Thanks guys!!!!

These guys! About as helpful a group of guys in a local bike shop as I've ever come across. Never too busy to help and answer questions/explain things. There is a level of arrogance in some local bike shops, but not here. They figured out that the more comfortable you are, the more likely you are to buy from them. I've brought old bike parts in and they've helped and I've brought my high-end road bike in and they are consistently excellent. Honestly, this is how I imagine small businesses should be.

Awesome staff at Bike Doctor Annapolis! I’ve had both my mountain bike and road bike serviced there and they always take extra steps to fix up other things they notice (without charge). Both times I got a run down of what components needed adjustment so I know how to set my bike up on my own. Very fast turnaround times, too. Best of all, they aren’t snarky like some other bike shop people in this area. I’m new to both sports and they’ve all offered tons of advice on where to practice, tire changing, basic maintenance, etc, without making me feel dumb. They sell a good range of properly priced products and will order items from the distributor as well. I bypass several other shops to be a patron here because the customer oriented, community feeling is very important to me. Especially when trying to take care of expensive equipment for slightly dangerous hobbies.
