I had a great experience at Bike Doctor, thanks to Roxanne! I stopped by on a Saturday morning, expecting to get my old bike repaired, but after evaluating the cost of repairs, she kindly explained that it might make more sense to put that money towards a new bike. Although I hadn’t planned on buying something new, I was guided through the options, and ended up purchasing a fantastic bike that was even better than the one I originally brought in. 2019-Great customer service. Very helpful, made my visit effortless. Will definitely return. 8/2020- I returned for service on my Father's 30 yrs bike that I now use. The service is excellent. New chain & rear wheel sprocket selector installed. Thank you so much. Still 5 stars. 9/2021- I returned to have my bike (Father's Bike) serviced. Still great service. I was able to ride my Dad's bike 23.71 miles the next day without any problems. Highly recommended.

As a novice road bike owner, I came to the shop to ask some questions about perspective bikes, as well as obtain a few parts for my existing road bike. Without hesitation, on a busy Saturday afternoon, the staff as well as the Bike Doctor, took extended time to answer my questions and allowed me to test ride a bike. Although I only purchased parts and did not purchase a bike, I will definitely come back to the store for future bike purchase needs and recommend this location to my colleagues.

I walked in with my bike that I hadn’t ridden in 4 years. It needed a tune up, new tires, and a new chain. They were super helpful and kind. I dropped it off on Monday and had it back by Wednesday. They even cleaned it all up for me! I will definitely be using them again.
