I stopped in with a specific mission - to look at and find a pair of biking shoes without laces and ones that I could walk in, and use with my regular peddles or clip in peddles. Ashley was awesome and helped me, bringing numerous pairs out for me to try on. I bought a pair. I appreciate her friendly service and assistance.

Wonderful experience! I had a broken spoke one day before the Seagull Century. They got me in with the tech who recommended replacing my wheel. He did not have the proper replacement but called the Bike Doctor in Annapolis, found they did have the wheel and arranged to have me seen as soon as I could get there. He did not charge me for the time to diagnose. I arrived in Annapolis and they immediately got me in and an hour later I was headed home with my bike fixed! Can't say enough about the customer service I received. I highly recommend both shops

My bike repair was completed in half the time i expected. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and provide reasonable recommendation without attempting to sell customers on unnecessary products or upgrades.

Would definitely tell all of my friends about the knowledgeable and friendly gentlemen that help replace my four inner tube's for my wheelchair. Will go back if I need their services again.
