These guys are all so nice! They deal with kids all the time bringing their bikes in and my son even brought it in one day and they fixed it on the spot for free (it was an easy fix), but still! So friendly and helpful! Thanks again, Bike Works!

Great shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, real riders and excellent mechanics. These guys know the bike biz and will set you up with the right bike for you or fix pretty much anything on your existing bike.

Horrible customer service. Rude manager/ business owner. Takes longer than they say it will ( month and a half longer). Overpriced on all jobs. Hangs up and screams at you on the phone if you question them on why it is taking so long. Bring your bike here if you want to send it on a 2 month vacation that will cost you $600. Horrible Bike store.

Excellent local bike shop in San Clemente! They carry a lot of bikes including high-end custom bikes like Santa Cruz, Norco and more. Milo, the owner of Bike Works, is very knowledgeable and friendly; he works with the customers’ needs and gives them good advice with no pressure like the other shops. Meng is Bike Works mechanic and he is one of the best bike mechanics in Orange County— fixing bikes and rebuilding suspension. I highly recommend this bike shop in San Clemente and it’s the closest to San Clemente Single Tracks.
