Pretty cool place here in San Clemente. My buddy ended up buying a Decoy MX here and we picked it up about 2 weeks ago. Great experience from the demo to the pick up. I ended up building the bike for him - the unboxing experience was excellent and the build went pretty smooth - they just need to update their manual for a couple of items on the Core 1 (like the Rear Der. placement with the collar and the electronics routing and plug)

Bought my first e-MTB from YT - and I love it. They offer a full demo experience on all their bikes and I was able to ride multiple sizes during my appointment (yes, you need to make an appointment). There are trails just down the hill from the shop, although I was not impressed with the trails (not maintained, dry, rutted, unmarked)... one might think YT would put some kind of love into those trails if that's where they're sending potential buyers.

The customer service is friendly and always helpful. I have been riding for many moons,but honestly clueless about e bike mechanicals. They are always patient with my concerns. The store is always clean and inviting. The showroom upstairs is very nicely presented and I would recommend checking it out.

Impressed with how chill the demo experience was. Was able to take my friend first time mtb and while it was a little tough for him we had fun on the trails. I got to try a nice emtb and went a bit crazy on the easy trails. They even lent me a helmet because mine was kinda old. My friend is definitely considering buying a YT bike. Thanks guys.

Super cool and knowledgable staff! James dialed me in with setting up the demo bike and I had a blast on the trails. He showed me around the showroom while teaching me more about the bikes after my ride. I ended up getting the Jeffsy Core 3 and I'm stoked on it. Thanks again for all of your help James and the rest of the YT crew!
